Pelita Mas Laut Maritime Training Institution is under the strong guidance of an experienced management team. Tuan Haji Masni Bin Amit, the Founder and Managing Director, brings decades of maritime expertise, setting the strategic direction for Pelita Mas Laut. The team is further strengthened by Mohamad Nazim Bin Haji Masni, the General Manager, who oversees the institution's operational efficiency, and Mohamad Safrin Bin Haji Masni, the Training & Operations Director, responsible for maintaining the high quality and effectiveness of the training programs.
